East London Menopause Day had a whole host of speakers. I followed a speaker who handed round a toy vagina made of silk and cotton. It was beautiful.

As you can see I do get a few men come along to my talks and I have started including a section for them about plant hormones and how it can help prevent prostate cancer. You’re welcome men.I always get people wanting to chat after my talks. I love getting detailed about things.

This is my book launch, I was cracking jokes and I even sang a song and of course, I made everyone eat beansprouts!
