No workshops at the moment due to Covid, below are a few photos of days gone by when we could huddle together in backrooms for talks on menopause and sprouting. I always explain about the science, and hand round trays of sprouts, explaining what plant hormones they contain and what they can do for you. I’ve included a few other photos of yours truly.

East London Menopause Day had a whole host of speakers. I followed someone who handed round a toy vagina made of silk and cotton. It was beautiful.

Giving a menopause talk at the Hornbeam Environmental Centre (Walthamstow). As you can see I do get a few men come along to my talks and I have started including a section for them about plant hormones and how it can help prevent prostate cancer. You’re welcome men.

I always get people wanting to chat after my talks. I love getting detailed about things.
Who says sprouting isn’t glamorous!? This was part of a photo shoot for a magazine article.
